Role & responsibilities

  • International customer service process for US, UK , Australia.
  • As International Process post training it will be always night shifts.
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, billing, or technical support.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing accurate information.
  • Follow defined process guidelines and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Update customer records and process transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English and willing to work for voice and work from office.
  • We are hiring for customer service, retention, and collections process.
  • Banking, Telecom, Utility, Airline customer service openings for voice process.
