Role & responsibilities International customer service process for US, UK , Australia. As International Process post training it will be always night shifts. Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, billing, or technical support. Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing accurate information. Follow defined process guidelines and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency. Update customer records and process transactions accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills in English and willing to work for voice and work from office. We are hiring for customer service, retention, and collections process.
