Role Overview – Inside Sales Specialist
We are seeking dynamic, result-driven professionals with a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales process from planning to closure, consistently achieving growth and targets
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and communicate effectively with customers
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities
• Conduct walk-in sales presentations for residential projects
• Respond to customer queries and share additional information via email
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using SFDC CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts
• Maintain and present weekly sales and productivity reports
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners
• Implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market presence
• Monitor site visits and ensure maximum lead conversion
• Achieve walk-in targets and contribute to overall sales goals
