• About the Role

We are hiring Customer Success Associates (L1) for our International Process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, prior international domain exposure, and mandatory experience in Tech Support (Troubleshooting). This role requires handling customer interactions, providing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international customers with queries and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide end-to-end issue resolution and document all interactions accurately.
• Deliver customer support across multiple communication channels.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards with zero MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence) in communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction.

Required Skillset

• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken & written).
• Strong grammar and pronunciation – no MTI/RTI influence.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international domain.
• Mandatory: Prior Tech Support/Troubleshooting experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,503.62 - ₹70,000.00 per month
