Voice Customer Support

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
  • Follow call guidelines and ensure high-quality interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate in any stream

Experience: Freshers with strong English communication skills &

Tenured candidates from any domain with proven high communication skills

Communication: Excellent verbal & written English

Requirements:

  • 02 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within a week preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset.
