Voice Coach

As a part of Darwix AI, you will be contributing towards building real-time sales intelligence and enablement platforms for large enterprise teams across India, MENA, and Southeast Asia. Our products, Transform+, Sherpa.ai, and Store Intel, enable real-time multilingual coaching, call intelligence, speech-to-text pipelines, and conversion analytics for our esteemed clients like IndiaMart, Wakefit, Emaar, GIVA, Sobha Realty, and Bank Dofar. Backed by global investors and leading enterprise operators, we are expanding rapidly and looking for individuals to join our team in driving operations, delivery, and scale. In the role, you will be responsible for training and enhancing the AI for voice-based conversations. Your tasks will include listening to and evaluating voice samples for tone, clarity, and conversational quality, designing and recording voice scripts for AI training, providing feedback on AI responses, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent and natural-sounding voice interactions. Qualifications Required: - Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills. - Strong attention to tone, expression, and pronunciation. - Experience in communication, speech training, teaching, or customer interaction roles is a plus. - Curiosity about AI and human interaction with technology. - Ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
