This is achieved by helping adolescents complete secondary education and skilling young people for employment. Through the Childhood to Livelihood programme, Magic Bus works with adolescents and young people aged 12 to 24 across India. Additionally, Magic Bus has established numerous Community Learning Centres, Livelihood Centres, and Entrepreneurship Incubation Centres.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice And Semi-Voice representative located in Secunderābād. The responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about the foundation's programmes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting interactions, resolving issues, and collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience with customer interaction, handling inquiries, and issue resolution
• Proficiency in documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others to enhance customer service
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a voice-based or semi-voice-based role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
