Vocal Music Trainer cum Associate Programme Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum educational qualification of graduation and a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Vocal Music (Visharad/ Nipun in Vocal Music). Candidates with additional graduate/postgraduate degrees in social work, journalism and mass communication, management, or humanities will be preferred. It is essential that the candidate is proficient in technology and possesses strong communication, coordinating, and interpersonal skills. Desirable qualifications include a minimum of three years of proven work experience in teaching vocal music to students of all ages and skill levels, emphasizing performance, event coordination, media relations, and other relevant activities. As a Music Teacher, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing music curriculum, providing individual and group music lessons, preparing students for concerts and performances, assessing student performance, and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in music education. You will also be expected to support and guide students with their assignments and projects, improve student engagement and learning outcomes, create a collaborative classroom environment, and organize school concerts and music events. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, and promoting school programs, events, and meetings. You will oversee event operations, resolve any issues promptly, report on event outcomes to the management, coordinate daily assemblies, and announce important information after consulting with the Principal. You will also coordinate student training programs within the school. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.,
