Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and execute production activities on the shop floor during assigned shifts.
Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective shift planning, scheduling, and execution.
Good Knowledge about fanuc control, Tool Change, Off set , Tool Setting Knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in a similar role (VMC Shift Incharge). We Required Turning Shift incharge
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong skills in programming, setting, manpower handling, aerospace production supervising, training & development, and kaizen implementation.
