Job Overview We are seeking a skilled VMC Programmer & Operator who can create CNC programs with design inputs and operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines efficiently. The candidate should have strong knowledge of programming, setting, and operating VMC machines to deliver high-precision components. Key Responsibilities Create CNC programs for VMC machines based on design and drawing requirements. Operate and set up VMC machines for production runs. Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM designs, and job specifications. Ensure machining accuracy, quality, and adherence to tolerances. Perform tool setting, offsets, and machine calibration. Conduct regular inspections of finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.). Maintain machine efficiency, cleanliness, and report any technical issues. Collaborate with the design/production team for process improvements.
