Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a VMC Programmer based in Pune. The VMC Programmer will be responsible for developing CNC/VMC programs, setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), and performing quality inspections to ensure accuracy. Daily tasks include collaborating with teams to design and implement machining strategies, programming using CAM software, and ensuring adherence to production specifications and timelines. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting programming issues and optimizing processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science and basic programming principles
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with machining processes, CNC, or VMC machine operation is an advantage
• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related fields
