We’re now expanding our operations and are urgently looking for skilled VMC Machine Operators to join our team.

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced VMC Machine Operators with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in operating and setting up Vertical Machining Centres. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining quality production standards.

Your performance will be regularly evaluated, and salary growth will be based on your skill level, work quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up VMC machines as per job requirements.

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.

Select appropriate tools, offsets, and cutting parameters.

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.

Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Identify and correct machining errors or deviations.

Maintain production reports and documentation.

Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in VMC machine operation.

Technical Knowledge: Familiar with programming, setting tools, and G-code interpretation.

Education: ITI / Diploma / Relevant technical qualification preferred.

Skills:

Good understanding of machining processes and tolerances.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong commitment to quality and safety.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Performance-Based Increment: Salary will be revised based on performance after the evaluation period.

Accommodation: Home rent assistance provided — the company will pay the rent amount directly, but candidates must arrange the accommodation themselves.

Work Hours: Rotational shift
