VMC Operator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing the plans provided by your Head and allocating manpower according to the shift schedule. Additionally, you will be selecting appropriate cutting tools, holders, and jobs for machining operations, as well as modifying CNC programs to ensure accurate and efficient machining processes. Providing training and instructions to your team, inspecting machined jobs using measuring instruments, performing routine maintenance tasks on the VMC machine and tooling, following safety procedures, and contributing ideas for process improvements will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualification Required: - Experience in CNC machining operations - Proficiency in selecting cutting tools and holders - Ability to modify CNC programs - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of measuring instruments for job inspection - Familiarity with routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines - Commitment to following safety procedures - Willingness to contribute ideas for process improvements Additional Details: This position is available in full-time, part-time, or internship job types, with an expected maximum of 48 hours per week.
