AY4 DIE SMITH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED specializes in stamping tool manufacturing and prototype development. Our expertise includes progressive and tandem transfer dies with both steel and casting structures. We also design and manufacture checking fixtures, CO2/MIG welding fixtures, special purpose machines (SPMs), and tube bending automation systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for ITI Fitter & Welder Fresher candidates. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as assembling, fitting, and welding metal parts according to specifications. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of assembled products, maintaining tools and equipment, and following safety protocols. They will work closely with experienced team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience with assembling and fitting metal components
• Welding skills, including CO2/MIG welding
• Understanding of tools and equipment maintenance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
• Relevant certification or diploma in Fitting and Welding from ITI
• Ability to work in a team and take instructions well
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
