Visual Merchandiser

As a dynamic and creative Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for leading the visual merchandising strategy and execution in the MP, CG, Mumbai & Pune markets. Your main goal is to create captivating in-store visual experiences that align with the brand identity, drive customer engagement, footfall, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in all stores within the region. - Develop visually appealing displays following brand guidelines. - Plan and execute store window displays, seasonal themes, and product launches. - Collaborate with store teams and internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and quality. - Provide training on best practices, conduct store visits and audits, and support marketing campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Visual Merchandising. - Strong design sense and proficiency in design tools. - Excellent project management skills and effective communication abilities. - Flexibility to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Ideally hold a degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related fields. - At least 3 years of experience in a retail VM role within the fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.
