Visual Merchandiser (Interior Sales)

As an Interior Stylist, your role will require creativity and skill to transform homes into beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces. You should have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring clients" visions to life. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget. - Develop design concepts by creating personalized design plans and mood boards. - Optimize furniture placement for functionality and aesthetics. - Select decor including artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs. - Develop harmonious colour palettes for spaces. - Design within customer budget constraints to ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide regular updates to clients and ensure their satisfaction. - Own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure. - Lead and ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation or relevant Diploma with 15 years of Academic education. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Experience in 5 to 6 Turnkey or Full Home Residential projects. - Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD. - Expertise in Conceptual design including Layout, Style, and Moodboard. - Knowledge of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning. - Sales expertise in Sales Closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, and leading design meetings with customers. - Behavioral attributes such as being result-oriented, a team player, integrity & ethics, and having crisp & meaningful communication skills. - High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.,
