Visual Merchandiser

You are expected to drive sales through the store staff to ensure the Home Decor category sales are maximized and operational excellence guidelines are followed to provide a delightful experience for customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving sales through store staff - Driving store level Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and revenue - Maintaining customer level index - Meeting customers for conversion - Maintaining Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for resolution - Serving as a single point of contact for the store - Coordinating with all stakeholders as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for order servicing and addressing any issues related to Sleek, Bath, or UPVC - Managing multiple customers in various stages of sales conversion - Dealer servicing - Execution of hygiene areas Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience working in a Home Decor showroom,
