Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain attractive store displays that enhance the shopping experience, attract customer attention, and ultimately increase sales. Your duties will involve researching current market and design trends, developing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand and target audience, and designing window and in-store product displays. You will be expected to produce sketches or mock-ups, create floor plans, source materials and props, and either implement the displays yourself or oversee teams doing so. It will be important for you to continuously update displays to reflect new product launches, seasonal themes, and promotions. Collaboration with marketing, retail management, suppliers, and sales teams will be essential to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all store locations.
