Job Description

Visual Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute VM plans for new store launches, seasonal campaigns, and product promotions.
- Ensure visual standards are aligned with brand aesthetics and guidelines.
- Oversee floor layouts, planograms, window displays, signage, and fixture arrangements.
Retail Store Support
- Regularly visit retail stores to audit visual displays, ensure consistency, and provide VM training.
- Coordinate with store managers and operations teams to implement display changes as per schedules.
- Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams for in-store promotions and activations.
Vendor & Material Management
- Coordinate with vendors for sourcing of VM props, branding collaterals, and display materials.
- Monitor inventory and logistics related to visual merchandising assets.
Campaign & Launch Coordination
- Plan and execute visual setups for product launches, influencer events, or brand collaborations within stores.
- Collaborate with brand partners to ensure proper visibility and adherence to branding norms.
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze store VM performance through customer feedback, sales data, and footfall trends.
- Submit regular reports, photographs, and performance reviews to senior management.
