Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Visual Lead (Graphic Designer) at Broadcast Beauty Consultancy. The role is on-site and located in New Delhi. The Visual Lead will be responsible for developing graphics and visual content, designing logos, creating branding materials, and working with typography. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team, executing design projects, and ensuring that all visual materials are aligned with the brand's identity and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, packaging, social media, website, and more.
• Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics aligned with brand tone and identity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain design standards and ensure all output is innovative, high-quality, and on-brand.
• Stay updated on design trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or brand side).
• Skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
• Experience in Branding and working with Typography
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Experience in the beauty, personal care, or wellness industry is a plus
