🎬 Job Title: VFX and 3D Animation Trainer / Faculty Location: Navi Mumbai, Nerul Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–5 years (or as specified) Industry: Education / Animation / Media & Entertainment 📝 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate VFX / 3D Animation Trainer or Faculty to join our team and train students in industry-standard animation and visual effects tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VFX, 3D animation, and related software, as well as a flair for teaching and mentoring. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on VFX and 3D animation tools and techniques. Teach software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Blender, ZBrush,. Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and project briefs based on current industry standards. Mentor students on creative projects and guide them through portfolio development and showreels. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist in final evaluations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to curriculum development. Ensure classroom discipline and encourage a productive learning environment. 💼 Requirements: Proven experience in the VFX / 3D animation industry or academic training. Proficiency in relevant software such as: Maya / 3ds Max / Blender (for modeling, rigging, animation) After Effects / Nuke (for compositing and motion graphics) Photoshop / Substance Painter / ZBrush (for texturing and digital sculpting) Strong understanding of 3D production pipelines, including modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, animation, and rendering. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or a related field preferred. Prior teaching/training experience is a plus. ⭐ Preferred Skills: Knowledge of game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity (optional but a plus) Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant skills.
