Role: Senior UX Designer (Visual Design) Exp: 7-10Yrs Location: Hyderabad/Noida/Gurugram Job Description:- Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with product management, engineering and other designers to help define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, experience, and visuals Manage relationships with global business partners, brainstorm and create concepts which form the user experiences cross channel (mobile, tablet and desktop) Be a passionate advocate for the user, ground ideas in data driven solutions by partnering with our User Experience Research team to incorporate customer insights and principles throughout the creative process. Conceptualising original ideas based on user research, user studies and evaluation that bring simplicity to complex design requirements. Creating, communicating and follow design guidelines, patterns, and libraries Documenting the user experience through mock-ups, design specs, and prototype demos Creating wireframes, user flows/journeys, and site maps that communicate interaction design concepts Executing UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Presenting design solutions to internal teams and business stakeholders Key Requirements: Experience: 6+ years would be preferable. Required Skills: Ability to learn quickly and take initiatives Clear understanding of core UX principles (UI design, information architecture, and product definition etc.) Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and business stakeholders Experience with scrum and agile development environments Skill in combing through analytics and behavioural insights to generate new experiments and opportunities to improve our products and differentiate the user experience Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling , knows how to communicate with team, peers, and business leads Profound capacity to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences Fluency with design tools, most notably Figma, XD, Miro, Airtable and other UX & prototyping software Ability to create both high & low fidelity prototypes Excellent presentation and documentation skills Strong portfolio that demonstrates skills in User Experience processes and techniques
