Visual Designer

Mid-Level Visual/Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, presentations, etc.) and print materials (brochures, flyers, packaging).
• Translate briefs and concepts into creative, effective visual solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to execute design needs.
• Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual identity systems.
• Create and manage visual assets and design templates.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members.
• Occasionally guide or support junior designers, if needed.

Requirements:

• 25 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools:

  Figma and other design tools.

• Basic knowledge of motion design using After Effects (nice to have).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Familiarity with preparing files for both digital and print formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of work across mediums.
