Visual Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your design thinking skills to approach problem-solving from a user-centered perspective. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to interpret user research data and identify patterns effectively. Additionally, you will be creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes as well as interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. Designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that align with user expectations will be a key part of your role. You will conduct usability tests to identify areas for improvement in the user experience and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals and technical constraints. Effective communication of design ideas to technical and non-technical audiences will also be essential. Understanding visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout will be crucial, along with proficiency in design software like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
