Visual Designer

Skills we look for

• Keen eye for design and detail.

• Excellent

  aesthetic sense

  (colours, elements, typography, frameworks, storyboarding, brand design, etc.) with a versatile mindset.
• Should be able to

  communicate design thinking

  as a multitasker with an aim to

  increase efficiency with time

• Keeping abreast with

  latest design trends

  (fonts, typography, colour palettes, elements, what works, what doesn't)
• Operational and

  executional understanding of

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (mainly

  Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro

  while

  basic understanding of Figma

  , etc.).
• Keen researcher to help guide the

  brand communication

  . A fresh and clean design sensibility at par with international standards
• Deep understanding of

  motion graphics, animation, and videos

  with an ability to translate an end-to-end visual route
• Understanding/

  knowledgeUI/UX, and Cinematography

  is an add-on

• Agency / production house

  experience preferred
• Takes

  responsibility

  and

  ownership

• Strong

  collaboration & communication

  skills

• Have a strong understanding of

  brand design & brand building

  from a creative/graphic standpoint.

What you will be required to do

• Help in defining, developing and executing

  interactive design concepts

  across different formats such as social media creatives, GIFs, videos, collateral design, brand communication and more
• Understanding and

  translating client briefs

  , and coming up with

  unique ideas / concepts

  with the team
• Guiding the team on

  creative visual

  direction
• Create

  quality design work

  while sticking to the deadlines
• Visualise and execute

  storylines, storyboards, frameworks

  and end-to-end conceptualization across video formats
• Demonstrate a passion for

  solving problems

  and participate in

  creative conceptualization

  and brainstorming sessions

• Welcome feedback

  and be flexible enough to blend your thought process according to the client/creative head/CEO etc
