We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals.
What are we looking for? Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field Experience: Proven experience (3 to 6 years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects Key Responsibilities: • Development under supervision • Ability to learn and upskill Relationships: • Report to Media Lead • Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development
Roles and Responsibilities: Technical skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. • Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI. Creativity and Design skills: • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. • Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas. • Attention to details is a must. Soft skills: • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback. • Strong organizational skills. • Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends. • Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics will be a plus.
