Position Name - Visual Communication Specialist (Third Party) Location - Gurugram Role & responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their communication needs and objectives. Design and create visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency in branding, layout, and design. Develop creative and engaging newsletter designs that effectively communicate key messages to employees. Design visually appealing and informative email templates for internal communications. Incorporate infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance the effectiveness of communication materials. Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual communication materials. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into designs as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of animation and video editing software is required. Develop video and graphics for communications across the verticals. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, newsletter designs, and email templates. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with corporate branding and the ability to maintain consistency in design across various materials.
