Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Visual Communication Designer who is not only a creative powerhouse but also a strategic thinker and a design addict. You must be a conceptual thinker with an ability to tell a story with design. If you a creative design maven and you love what you do, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

•    Understand client needs & translate them into creative solutions that align with their project expectations.

•    Translating client requirements to highly engaging and compelling design concepts

•    Applying visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery, and iconography

•    Creating images, charts, and infographics that more effectively communicate key messages and which can be incorporated into designs

•    Research industry trends and suggest creative innovations to enhance client deliverables

•    Deliver creatives based on client direction using best practices and trends

•    Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high creative standards

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of experience in graphic design / visual communication design

✅ A compelling and diverse design portfolio showcasing branding, web, digital and print work

✅ Expertise in creative design authoring tools like Illustrator, Affinity, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

✅ Strong conceptualization and visual storytelling skills

✅ Ability to balance creative and strategic thinking

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Professional degree/ diploma from a reputed design school preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong)
