• Ensure proper maintece of hospital infrastructurefacilitiesand medical equipment.

• Participate in budget planningcost controland optimal resource utilization.

2. Clinical Goverce and Quality Assurance

• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs (NABHJCIISOetc. ).

• Review clinical performance and outcomes periodically.

• Promote evidence-based medical practices and clinical audits.

3. Human Resource Management

• Participate in recruitmentcredentialingand appraisal of medical staff.

• Facilitate continuous medical education (CME) and professional development programs.

• Maintain disciplinestaff welfareand grievance redressal mechanisms.

4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (Clinical Establishments ActBiomedical Waste RulesMCI/NMC normsetc. ).

• Coordinate with local health authoritiesgovernment agenciesand accreditation bodies.

• Handle medico-legal cases and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

5. Patient Relations and Public Interface

• Oversee patient grievance redressal and ensure patient satisfaction.

• Promote public health programscommunity outreachand hospital publicity activities.

• Represent the hospital at official meetingsconferencesand inspections.

6. Emergency and Crisis Management

• Supervise preparedness for medical emergenciesepidemicsand disaster management.

• Ensure 24/7 availability of essential services like ICUemergencyand blood bank.
