Job Description

File Preparation & VerificationReview and verify all client documents as per the latest embassy/consulate checklist. Ensure completeness and accuracy of application forms before submission. Coordinate with clients to collect any missing or additional documentation. Maintain an updated knowledge of visa guidelines, procedures, and documentation requirements. Application SubmissionSchedule appointments at VFS, BLS, or embassy centers as required. Prepare visa files (hard copy and digital) for submission. Personally visit visa centers for submission and biometrics, when necessary. Ensure timely filing of applications and maintain proper tracking of each submission. Client CoordinationCommunicate with clients regarding submission dates, document requirements, and updates. Provide regular status updates to the client and internal team. Handle client queries regarding submission or application tracking with professionalism. Liaison with External AgenciesCoordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/BLS offices, and other authorized visa centers. Ensure smooth communication and problem resolution during submission or post-submission stages. Collect and deliver passports or other documents after visa decision. Applicant should have telugu and Hindi speaking skill
