Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Visa Support Officers and Senior Specialists to achieve SLAs and quality standards.
Allocate workloads based on application volume, destination mix, and case complexity.
Oversee visa processing workflows for multiple countries and brands, ensuring adherence to SOPs, timelines, and compliance.
Act as an escalation point for complex or critical visa cases, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with Admissions, Counselling, Quality, and Compliance teams for smooth information flow.
Monitor visa success rates, identify risks, and implement preventive or corrective measures.
Track team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and support L&D initiatives.
Stay updated on global immigration changes and disseminate knowledge to teams and stakeholders.
Support adoption of automation, tools, and system enhancements for efficiency.
Prepare and present reports on application trends, processing efficiency, and success
metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
8 years of experience into Visa Processing, Visa Filing, Visa Counselling, Visa Documentation.
Minimum
3 years of experience as Team Lead on Papers.
Handled
a team size of minimum 5-7 team members.
