Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Process Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end visa application processes, client communication, and documentation support for various e-visa and travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete visa processing for various countries (e-Visas, tourist visas, business visas, etc.)
• Review and verify documents submitted by clients for visa applications
• Fill out visa application forms accurately and upload required documents on embassy portals or third-party platforms
• Stay updated with the latest immigration/visa regulations, documentation changes, and country-specific updates
• Coordinate with clients to guide them on visa requirements, process steps, and timelines
• Maintain updated records and track application status until final outcome
• Collaborate with the travel package team to align visa timelines with itinerary plans
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Escalate complex cases to the senior team when necessary
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance throughout the visa lifecycle
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in visa processing (preferably e-Visas and tourism).
• Strong understanding of visa documentation and embassy requirements.
• Good communication skills spoken and written English is a must.
• Proficiency in using online visa portals and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work with urgent requests and shifting priorities.
  

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in a travel agency, visa consultancy, or global mobility firm
• Knowledge of destinations like UAE, Thailand, Malaysia, Schengen, or similar
