Visa Officer

The Visa Officer role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mohali district. As a Visa Officer, you will be responsible for handling visa applications and immigration-related issues. This includes providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures. Your duties will involve conducting visa interviews, meticulously reviewing documentation, advising clients on visa and immigration processes, and staying well-informed of any changes in immigration laws and policies. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in dealing with Visas and Immigration Issues, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work autonomously and handle confidential information with care. A comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and policies is necessary, and any prior experience in a similar role or within the education and immigration consultancy industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience will be highly valued for this position.,
