Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and client-focused Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through various visa processes including student, work, and travel visa applications. This role demands excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of visa policies, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and up-to-date visa information to clients based on their requirements. Guide clients through the complete visa application process – from eligibility checks to document submission and interview preparation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and immigration policies for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Handle client queries via email, phone, and in-person meetings in a professional and timely manner. Review and verify all documents and ensure compliance with embassy/consulate requirements. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers as needed. Maintain records of client cases and follow up regularly to ensure process continuity. Meet conversion targets and support business growth by delivering high-quality client service. Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client concerns and provide end-to-end support.
