Visa Filling Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Visa File Officer to join our team. The role involves handling visa applications, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with immigration guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and verify client documents for visa applications.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain visa files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist clients in completing application forms and meeting documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities for application updates.
• Monitor application progress and keep clients informed.
• Provide professional customer service and address client inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• Prior experience in visa processing, documentation, or related administrative work is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Collect, verify, and organize client documents required for visa applications.
• Accurately prepare and file visa applications for different categories
• Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, policies, and embassy requirements.
• Maintain proper records of submitted applications and track their progress.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, guidance, and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities (embassies/consulates) when required.
• Ensure timely submission of all visa files with 100% accuracy.
• Experience 2-3 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
