Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Visa Filing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy, and guiding clients through the entire visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, verify, and organize required documents for visa applications.
Accurately fill out and file visa application forms (online and offline).
Maintain updated knowledge of visa requirements, embassy rules, and immigration regulations.
Guide clients on documentation, timelines, and process updates.
Coordinate with clients via phone, email, or in-person to resolve queries.
Track application status and update clients regularly.
Maintain records of applications and ensure confidentiality of client information.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant diploma.
Prior experience in visa filing/immigration/overseas consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (added advantage).
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online portals).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹43,508.66 per month
