We are looking for a Visa Filing Officer to join our team in Karnal. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their migration goals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: CRM Management: Enter client data accurately into our CRM system. Document Management: Store client documents in our cloud-based storage system, ensuring files are correctly renamed for easy access. Pre-Assessment: Review documents based on the checklist and communicate with clients about missing items. Client Communication: Follow up with clients to gather required documents and answer their queries. Agreement Preparation: Prepare service agreements for clients and send them for digital signatures. Task Management: Use task management tools to track progress and maintain organizse workflows. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and professional email communication is essential. Team Collaboration: Work well in a team and have a positive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
