Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Filling Officer to manage and process tourist visa applications for all countries. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in visa documentation, application procedures, embassy requirements, and client coordination. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end tourist visa file preparation for all countries (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, etc.)
• Guide clients on visa documentation, eligibility, and embassy procedures.
• Accurately fill out visa application forms online and offline.
• Prepare cover letters, itineraries, and financial documents as required.
• Verify and organize all documents before submission.
• Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and consulates for appointments and queries.
• Stay updated with latest visa rules, regulations, and document requirements.
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of visa applications.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism.
• Keep records of all processed files for reporting and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in visa processing, preferably for multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of tourist visa requirements and embassy protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers, online forms, and documentation tools.
• Ability to handle multiple files and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Graduation in any stream; diploma in travel/immigration is a plus.
• Knowledge of B2C/B2B visa services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
