As a Visa Filing Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient visa filing process, from document verification to final submission, while providing exceptional support to students and maintaining compliance with the latest immigration guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit visa applications for UK and Australia accurately and on time.
• Verify documents to ensure they meet embassy and university requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with immigration rules and regulations for both countries.
• Provide guidance to students and parents throughout the visa process.
• Communicate with universities, embassies, and agents for updates and clarifications.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all visa filings.
• Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure 100% compliance with institutional policies and government regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UK and Australia visa filing.
• Strong understanding of CAS, GTE, and visa compliance guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and document management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa application portals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
