Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Visa Filing Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients in the end-to-end process of visa applications. Key tasks include reviewing and preparing visa documentation, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, maintaining timely communication with clients, and coordinating with consulates and relevant organizations. The Visa Filing Officer will also provide guidance and assistance to address challenges or queries throughout the application process.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize documentation requirements and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication coupled with documentation review and proofreading skills
• Experience in customer relations, client communication, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional service
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for managing applications, tracking progress, and providing updates
• Knowledge of visa policies, immigration laws, or prior experience in the field is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
