Visa Travel Process voice (Customer Support)
Location: Bangalore Experience: 6 Months 1 Year Industry: BPO / Travel & Tourism | Voice Process Role ctc upto: 4.1 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa and travel inquiries-Guide customers through the visa documentation and application process-Provide accurate travel & visa-related information (US, UK, Schengen, Canada, etc.)
Candidate Profile:
-Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in visa/travel process (BPO or travel agency)-Strong verbal communication skills in English -Knowledge of international visa procedures and travel requirements-Comfortable working in a voice-based support role
