Key Responsibilities:

• Process tourist visa applications for multiple countries (Schengen, UK, USA, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Canada, etc.)
• Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and timelines
• Verify documents for accuracy and embassy compliance
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and service providers
• Book appointments and assist with form filling (online/manual)
• Track applications and keep clients updated
• Stay informed on changing visa rules and embassy schedules
• Assist internal teams with visa-related support
• Handle refusals and reapplications professional

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience (Diploma holders with 6+ years will be considered)
• Any Graduate / MBA preferred
• Strong knowledge of international documentation
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and integrity
• Customer service focused and a team player
• Microsoft Office proficiency
