Visa Documentation Officer (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end documentation for Canada PR, PNP, Express Entry, LMIA, Work Permits, Student Visas, and Visitor Visas.
• Lead client consultations to guide them through documentation requirements and timelines.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all forms and supporting documentation.
• Draft and review key documents such as SOPs, cover letters, and checklists.
• Supervise and mentor junior documentation staff as required.
• Monitor updates to Canadian immigration policies and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, and relevant authorities as needed.
• Maintain timely communication with clients regarding their case progress.
• Track application status and follow up on submissions to IRCC and related bodies.
• Maintain high standards of recordkeeping and client confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred: Immigration Law, Business, or related areas).
• Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in Canada immigration documentation.
• Expert-level knowledge of Canadian immigration streams and documentation rules.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and immigration CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Canada’s latest immigration programs, including Express Entry, PNPs, and LMIA processes.
• Ability to handle high-volume case files with attention to detail.
• Multilingual abilities (English required; French is an advantage).
