Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor located in Patiala. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and individuals seeking Permanent Residency, assisting them with visa processing, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of visa processing procedures and regulations
• Ability to provide accurate and timely information to clients
• Experience in customer service or counseling roles
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in the education or immigration industry is a plus
