Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, located in Kurukshetra. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time. Day-to-day tasks include advising students on visa requirements, assisting with application forms, preparing students for visa interviews, and providing regular updates on application status. The Visa Counselor will also communicate with educational institutions and embassies as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of visa application processes and requirements for various countries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using office software and applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with experience in education consultancy or a related domain
