Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counsellor at Spectrum Studies VLG, located in Ludhiana. The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for providing consultancy and guidance to students and their families about the student visa application process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments of candidates, verifying documentation, preparing and submitting visa applications, and staying updated on visa regulations. The Visa Counsellor will also communicate with educational institutions and immigration authorities, and provide post-visa services and support as necessary.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Visa Consultancy and Student Guidance
• Proficiency in Document Verification and Application Processing
• Knowledge of Immigration Laws and Visa Regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in education consultancy or similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, Management, or related field
