Visa Officer – UK & Ireland (Study Abroad Division) Location: New Delhi, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years in Visa Filing / Study Abroad / Immigration Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Officer (UK & Ireland) who can handle end-to-end visa filing processes with accuracy and confidence. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in student visa applications and be comfortable interacting with students and parents. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete visa application process for UK & Ireland students. Review, verify, and prepare student documents for visa filing. Guide students and parents on visa requirements, financial documentation, CAS, credibility interviews, etc. Stay updated on latest UKVI and Ireland guidelines, compliance rules, and policy changes. Maintain accurate records, checklists, and timely follow-ups with students. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application workflow. Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UK & Ireland student visa processing (mandatory). Strong understanding of visa guidelines, financial requirements, Credibility factors. Excellent communication skills for student and parent interactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
