Visa counsellor

As a Visa Counsellor at Creative Future Consulenza, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and clients through the visa and admission process for various countries. Your responsibilities will include: - Counseling students and clients regarding study visa and immigration options. - Providing accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation. - Handling queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. - Assisting with application processing, form filling, and follow-up with institutions or embassies. - Maintaining proper records of students/applicants. - Staying updated with the latest visa rules and policies of different countries. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate or above in any stream. - Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in visa counselling (freshers can also apply). - Good communication and convincing skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email). - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.
