Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Ghaziabad. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, providing tailored advice on requirements, and addressing queries related to immigration and visa procedures. Responsibilities include liaising with government authorities, preparing and verifying necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, and delivering a seamless application experience for clients. The role also involves maintaining excellent communication and consulting skills to build trust and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of Immigration Issues, Visas, and Immigration policies
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills for engaging with clients and providing expert advice
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate preparation and submission of visa applications
• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficiency in languages or prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
