🔍 Position: Flight Tickets Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings for individual and corporate clients

• Provide fare comparisons, best route options, and travel itinerary suggestions

• Process cancellations, rebookings, and schedule changes efficiently

• Coordinate with airlines, GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)

• Ensure excellent customer service and timely support

• Maintain daily sales reports and booking records

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in flight booking (preferred)

• Knowledge of GDS software (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

• Basic understanding of visa and travel industry is a plus

• Graduate in any discipline
